ADHD coaching to help you work with your brain, not against it

Warm, practical coaching for adults, teens and young adults across New Zealand. Together we'll make sense of how your brain works, ease the overwhelm, and build everyday strategies that actually fit you. Based on Auckland's North Shore, in person or online across NZ.

A coach who gets it

I've been there

I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was an adult, after noticing similarities between myself and one of my daughters. That was the start of my own journey to understand ADHD and how it really works, day to day. My passion is helping people build self-awareness and self-compassion, discover their strengths, and feel more confident, capable and in control, whether at school, university, work, home, or in life generally.

ADHD coaching that fits your life and your brain

How I can help

ADHD & Women's Health

Midlife hormones can tip manageable ADHD into the perfect storm. Find calm, clarity & a way forward, diagnosed or not.

Adults

Capable and hardworking yet daily life still feels like a juggle? Understand your brain and build strategies that stick.

Teens & Young Adults

Study, work and independent living without school's old structure is a lot. Build the skills to stay on track, your way.

Parents

Parenting a child with ADHD is rewarding and exhausting at once. Get practical support to help your whole family thrive.

Coaching vs therapy

Not sure if coaching is what you need?

Coaching is about building skills and moving forward. Therapy is for healing and processing the past. Both matter, and they work differently.

A woman laughs while working at her laptop at a kitchen bench in a bright, plant-filled home.
  • "She has been an absolute life saver for me... I know I wouldn't still have my job if it weren't for her. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, she's relatable, kind and just the best person."

    TT

  • "She creates a genuinely supportive environment where you feel understood, not judged... You'll leave every session feeling more capable, and you'll probably have a good laugh along the way too."

    P.H 24

  • "My biggest ADHD struggle was executive dysfunction and now thanks to her I have the tools I need to get me through day to day tasks... Working with her was honestly life changing and that is no exaggeration."

    A.M, 17

  • "My son is getting voted for effort and spirit awards, rather than being hauled into the headmaster's office."
